Neil Gager, Proprietor
Born and raised in South Africa, Neil came to the US in 2002. His first shop was in Gaithersburg, but he moved the store to Frederick, MD in 2006. Neil has made downtown Frederick his permanent home, becoming a US citizen in 2019.
